Service was good. The food was pretty undercooked. Hash browns were mushy, and bacon was limp. The grits were overlooked as well. Our waitress was very attentive, and nice. Made sure we were well taken care of and the coffee was always topped off.

I'm giving this a generous one star because our server was delightful and very good at her job. The food, however, was a disaster. It started when our food was delivered and the server had to tell us that the cook didn't see our son's order on the ticket. My husband and I ordered garden omlets. We noticed the broccoli smelled putrid when the plate was set down. Upon further inspection, it had gone bad. Since our toddler was getting increasingly fussy with his wait, we started to give him our toast only to discover that a couple of the pieces had mold on them. There are so many good places to eat, I hate that we wasted time here.

We went yesterday with my bf, he ordered an omelet and he found I hair on it... then the waitress ever come back to ask if we need something... she just walk by the other tables... when finally I called her and I asked for my check, we had to wait 25 min for her to bring it to us... I understand if that happen when the restaurant is busy, but was only two more tables

Service was horrible.. We were the only table in the store. We got sat and the server went and sat down on the other side of the restaurant to roll silverware, we had to call for her to get a drink order.. Completely downhill after hill after that.. This happened after we left another IHOP on sunrise and federal highway after we sat for over 5 minutes without being greeted.. Food is ok but not worth the wait for the servers

I went in this morning after having a biometrics screening. Nothing says healthy living like pancakes,right? Initially I was a little worried about coming here because typically I don't find the service at IHOP to be anything write home, or a Yelp review, about. The service was great; both the hostess and our server were very friendly. We were cracking jokes and talking. Very nice women. The food was delivered within a few minutes. Everything we ordered was prepared to our liking. I will say, you know, it's IHOP. It's not an out of this world menu. You're getting bacon and eggs and pancakes with bomb syrup. I would give the experience a higher rating, HOWEVER, when you leave you're going to need to a change of clothing because you will smell like greasy diner food when you exit the building. That is a huge turnoff for me. I don't want the person next to me to know what I just ate because they can smell it on my shirt. IHOP needs a good scrubbing before I go back again.

After putting our closed menus as close to the edge of the table as possible as to make sure that whoever our server was would know we were ready for some human interaction, a woman came over to our table and announced that SHE was ready for US. Oh, lucky day! We got our food relatively fast, and while we ordered our eggs hard and our bacon soft, they got them backwards. They fixed the eggs, not so much the bacon, which we saved for later in case we need to dig our way out of a jail cell. The pancakes have gotten so small that they no longer serve them on a separate plate, surely because it gives the pancakes a complex that the plates once perfectly sized to fit them are now a sad reminder of their former glory. As we ate, I watched a server hold an omelette up to the heat lamp until it was almost touching it so that she could melt the sad piece of cheese on top of it. Two waitresses wedged themselves into the booth behind us to talk with their mouths full for a while, followed by rolling silverware without even wiping down the table first. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the pancakes, although slowly shrinking, are still always good.

The wait to be seated was almost non existing. The girl who waited us was super nice and fast. The establishment is not that clean but the tables are. You should try the new bacon and cheese waffle it's really good.

We pre ordered breakfast before flying out the airport. Hot food was ready when we reached the restaurant. The staff was friendly and prompt to our requests. This has been my best experience in an ihop so far. Definitely recommended.

The parking lot was empty at 6 o'clock at night, I should have turned around when I saw that. But I went in anyway and quickly started regretting it. The floors are dirty when you walk in, and I had to wait a couple minutes before I saw a single employee that worked there and then I was finally seated. I waited about 10 minutes before the only waitress (who wasn't busy) came and took drink and food orders. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry pancakes and I ordered the Nutella crepes for my daughter and a water for each of us. The waitress came back with 1 water for me and nothing for my daughter. And then she came back with my daughters Nutella crepes and there was no Nutella!!! I asked where the Nutella is and she insisted it was on there! If you look at the picture it's supposed to be drizzled on top... There was none!!! I had to ask her to go put some on. And then my raspberry pancakes didn't have the icing on it!! YOU DONT DEPRIVE A PREGNANT WOMAN HER PANCAKE ICING!! The eggs i ordered with my pancakes had a hair in it... I couldn't eat those I really wanted them too dammit. I will never return here this place is beyond disgusting!! Look at my pictures of you want a good laugh at the food they serve here.

I give it 3 stars because the service was good. My eggs were over cooked so no runny yoke for me :( that's my favorite part, and the hash brown were over cooked on the outside as well, crunchy is cook but they were so hard when you cut them with your fork pieces would fly across the table. I did ask for extra crispy bacon though because I actually prefer my bacon very crisp and it was under cooked.... Sheeez

This location does need some cleaning, maintenance etc. But, the service is good and friendly. I had the banana and cream waffle with a side of grits. Convenient location too.

Went to ihop this evening for dinner. I was very content with the place so I knew in my mind that it would be a pleasant experience. It wasn't so pleasant. There was one waiter and one cook. The waiter was a bit sidetracked. I asked for ketchup and I didn't get it until I was almost done with my meal. I didn't get a refill and neither did other customers. I didn't get the check at my table, I had to go to the register to pay. It was definitely different from the morning shift. It was disappointing. Never going for dinner again.
